We reserve the right to edit these terms at any and all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

There are no fees or limits of submissions. Rather than charging for advertising, all we ask in return for our services is a link back to us on all websites advertised by us. The required link should be in the form of an ad banner and will be provided by Spiral13. Our goal is to provide free advertising for both parties, if you choose to not place a link to Spiral13 on your website(s), then please refrain from submitting your website to Spiral13.

You will be given five(5) business days, starting on the date of website approval, to have our banner live on your website. Failure to have the banner live on your website by the end of the fifth(5th) business day will result in the termination of your link/banner on Spiral13.

Spiral13 will not advertise websites with inappropriate or illegal content(Nudity, drugs, etc.), with the exception of informational websites. We will periodically look over websites in the directory and remove all websites found to be violating these terms. If you are found to be violating this rule service to you will be refused in the future.

On top of everything else, we must be able to contact you at all times. If you do not provide us with a valid e-mail address then your ad will not be placed. It's as simple as that.
